Place was smaller than expected. What I really didn't like was the price and the service. The kalbi and bulgogi was quite small for its price. I've looked over tables that have ramen and it's way bigger. Also, what's up with the waiters?? They all looked very bored and uninterested. Quite disappointed to go :( and this was my first time going to a Korean restaurant

this restaurant is one of good Korean restaurants in Guam. sometimes you meet less courteous in busy time but still reasonable with delicious foods there. if you come to there, I recommend you my favorites Kalbi BBQ and Beef dolsot Bibimbab.

Waitstaff is not pleasant. The only thing great to eat there is the kalbi but it's so expensive for a small portion. The pork bulgolgi is a waste of money as it is mostly fats due to it being pork belly. It was never served like that before. It is also ridiculous that they do not serve fountain drinks or refillable water. Management needs to do something about quality, pricing, and service.

I had fond memories of eating kalbi at Korea Place during my lunch break when I used to work at the mall, but that was over a decade ago. I went there recently with my hubby, and the kalbi was still pretty good (and very tender), but the bulgogi did not look very appetizing. What I noticed more than the unappetizing bulgogi, however, was how quickly our server tried to get away after giving our food. She didn't ask if there was anything else we needed, never checked on us to see if we were okay, and it was difficult to get her attention when we wanted our leftovers wrapped. Even at that, she took our leftovers, wrapped them, then went off to set another table before finally bringing our doggy bag. Three stars is being generous, but overall, their staff definitely needs training in customer service. I love Korean food, but probably will not come back here again.

Staff is not courteous and doesnt seem to enjoy doing there job here. Food is just so-so, and took a while beofre our food was served. Considering there were just 2 other group of clients around. You'll get food much way better at the food court albeit finding a good seat will be a challenge for group of five or more during lunch time. In hindsight, we should have just waited in the food court than taking our lunch here. 😡
